WITH THE PRACTICE?
Anyone who wishes to register with the Practice should ask at Reception. Once registered with the Practice, you will be asked to attend an appointment for a health screening examination.
Temporary
Residents
You may register as a temporary resident if the
duration of your stay in our Practice area is less than three months.
