From 4 December 2023, the NHS COVID Pass service will close and be unavailable to patients.

There are no longer any domestic requirements to demonstrate vaccination status, and from 24 November 2023 there are no countries which require proof of COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of entry. 

GP Practices may receive requests from patients asking about their COVID-19 vaccination information. Please remind patients that the COVID Pass is no longer needed.
