Telephone System
The new phone system is up & running at the Practice. We hope that it has helped improve access to the Practice by telephone. Several patients have appreciated being told their position in queue. All calls will be recorded for safety and training purposes.
Ordering Repeat Prescriptions On-line
In the next few months, we will be offering the option for patients to order repeat prescriptions on-line. We are currently runing a trial study, to check the system works. We will let you know when this is available.
